A little clarity from the grown-ups.

Privacy policy

Good coffee. A little care with your information.

What we collect

We collect the details you give us to fulfil an order or answer a message: your name, email, delivery address, order details and, if provided, phone number. Reviews may include your chosen display name and photo. Our hosting and security services also process basic device, IP address and usage information.

How we use it

We use your information to process payments, send order and delivery updates, manage subscriptions, answer questions and protect the shop. Approved reviews and photos you submit for publication may appear on our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us

We share only the information needed with service providers for payments (Stripe), website hosting, secure data storage, email delivery, shipping and website analytics (Google Analytics). Some providers process information outside Canada. Stripe handles your card details; we do not store your full card number.

Cookies and keeping information

We use cookies and browser storage to remember your bag, keep checkout working and secure account access. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand page visits, device information and how people find and use our website. We do not send it your name, email, delivery address or payment details, and advertising personalization is disabled. We keep information for as long as needed to fulfil these purposes and meet accounting or legal requirements, and take reasonable steps to protect it.

Your choices

Contact Bryce to ask about, access or correct your information, request deletion where permitted, or raise a privacy concern. You can withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual limits; this may affect services we can provide. We will not add you to a marketing list just because you place an order.
