Business pricing never takes away the good part. We commit 2% of coffee sales, after refunds, to children’s health care in BC—including business orders and monthly renewals.

Where do you deliver?
This first business offer serves selected postal areas in Langley, South Surrey, White Rock and Cloverdale. Enter your delivery postal code below your bundle to check. One address per order; other destinations and larger orders are quoted separately.
Does my order start a subscription?
No. Office bundles and gifts are one-time purchases by default. Choose the optional monthly plan only if you want recurring deliveries. Monthly pricing is the same business bundle price; savings are compared with $25 retail bags, not an extra discount from this first order.
How does the optional monthly plan work?
Your first payment is taken at checkout, then the same mix is billed each month until cancelled. Plan around two weeks for dispatch after payment; fresh-batch availability may extend this. Your first estimated dispatch and delivery dates are shown at secure checkout before payment. Shipping is included to your accepted local address. You can access billing through Manage subscription. Contact Bryce for quantity, roast, address or schedule changes.
How do changes and cancellations work?
Give at least 14 days’ notice before renewal. If you cancel within 14 days of renewal, that next order is still charged and shipped; cancellation stops the following renewal. Quantity or roast changes also need 14 days’ notice and may change the volume price. No minimum number of renewals is required.
What comes with a gift order?
Sealed 340 g whole-bean bags in one delivery to your business or recipient. It is a one-time purchase. Gift boxes, wrapping, custom labels and shipping to multiple recipients are not included. Email bryce@hugocoffee.ca for a custom quote before ordering those services.
Do we need a grinder?
Yes. Both roasts are whole beans. Use a grinder or a bean-to-cup machine; we do not offer a ground option.
Are these the prices for retail stores?
These bundles are for business use and gifts. Shops buying to resell should request their own wholesale quote.
